Creating an account and listing products is completely free. We only charge a small 3% commission when you make a sale. Vendors also pay credit card transaction fees to Stripe. No monthly fees or hidden charges.
How long does it take to get approved?
Most vendor applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you can immediately start setting up your store and listing products.
When and how do I get paid?
When customers pay with Stripe at checkout, your share is sent automatically to your connected Stripe account—typically within a few business days per Stripe's payout schedule. Connect Stripe in your vendor payment settings before you start selling.
What kind of products can I sell?
You can sell skin, hair and beauty products that are hand-made, vegan, cruelty-free, and contain natural ingredients. All products must comply with our marketplace guidelines. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and products containing hazardous, non-natural ingredients.
